1. Introduction
Welcome to Auramas (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using this Platform, you (“user”, “participant”, “member”) agree to be bound by these
Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Auramas is a network-based earning and referral income platform. All activities on the platform are governed by the rules stated below.
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you confirm that:
1. You are 18 years or older.
2. You will maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.
3. You will not participate in misuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity of any kind.
3. Nature of the Platform
Auramas provides users with:
1. A self-investment earning plan based on daily ROI for 100 days.
2. A referral-based earning system (up to 5 levels).
The Platform does not provide investment, financial, or legal advisory services.
All earnings are based on predefined rules and are subject to change as per operational requirements.
4. Deposit Rules
1. Minimum Deposit: 10 USDT
2. Maximum Deposit Limit: 250 USDT total (per user)
Users may deposit in multiple parts until the total of 250 USDT is reached.
Example: 150 USDT + 50 USDT + 50 USDT = 250 USDT. Once the total of 250 USDT is reached, no further
deposits will be accepted.
All deposits are manual and processed via backend confirmation only.
5. Self-Investment Plan
1. Minimum investment: 10 USDT
2. Daily return: 1% per day (0.1 USDT on 10 USDT). This rate may change anytime without prior notice.
3. Duration: 100 days
4. Capital cannot be withdrawn before 100 days
5. Multiple investments allowed within 250 USDT total limit
6.Investment limit: No individual investment limit beyond the cumulative 250 USDT rule.
All USDT values are internally calculated; actual blockchain transactions may not occur between users. Transfers are manually managed at the backend.
6. Referral Income Plan
To earn referral income up to 5 levels, users must meet the direct referral count:
1. Level 1: 2 directs
2. Level 2: 4 directs
3. Level 3: 6 directs
4. Level 4: 8 directs
5. Level 5: 10 directs
Referral income is generated daily for 100 days based on the active investment cycles of your downline.
If a downline makes a new self-investment once the previous cycle expires, the 100-day referral cycle
restarts automatically.
Any valid investment of 10 USDT or more from a direct referral counts
toward qualification.
7. Wallet Withdrawals
7.1 Minimum Withdrawal Rules
1. Self-profit withdrawal minimum: 5 USDT
2. Referral income withdrawal minimum: 100 USDT
3. Users must maintain a minimum 10 USDT balance in each wallet after withdrawal.
7.2 Withdrawal Cycle
1.First withdrawal can be made any time after reaching minimum balance.
2.Next withdrawals are allowed only after 35 days.
7.3 Withdrawal Fees
A 10% withdrawal fee is applied to every withdrawal.
Example: If user withdraws 11 USDT → Fee = 1.1 USDT → Payout = 9.9 USDT
7.4 Withdrawal Processing
1.All withdrawals are manual and require processing time.
2.Incorrect wallet details provided by the user are the user’s responsibility.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
1. All information you provide is true and accurate.
2. You will not misuse referral structures or create fake accounts.
3. You will not use VPNs, bots, scripts, or fraudulent referral loops.
4. You will comply with all platform rules and legal obligations.
9. Account Suspension / Termination
Your account may be suspended or permanently disabled if:
1. You attempt to manipulate referral income
2. Fraudulent activity or chargebacks occur
3. You violate any terms, policies, or legal requirements
The Platform reserves full rights to restrict or terminate your access without prior notice.
10. Disclaimer of Earnings & Risk
1. Earnings are not guaranteed.
2. Crypto-based calculations may fluctuate in value.
3. The Platform is not responsible for market volatility, USDT price variations, or technical issues.
4.All users invest at their own risk.
5.Past performance does not guarantee future results.
11. Service Interruptions
Daily earnings and withdrawals may be paused temporarily for:
1. Maintenance
2. Backend updates
3. Security checks
4. Server issues
5. Compliance or regulatory requirements
Operations will resume once issues are resolved
12. Manual Transactions & Non-Blockchain Visibility
All deposits and withdrawals are recorded internally within the Platform.
Actual blockchain transfers between users may not occur.
Users agree that:
1. Transactions are backend-processed.
2. The Platform maintains internal ledgers
3. The USDT shown inside the system represents virtual balances maintained by the Platform.
13. Data Usage & Privacy
The Platform collects the following:
1. Name
2. Email
3. Phone number
4. Wallet address
5. IP address
6. Device information
We do not share personal information with third parties.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
All data is used strictly for security, compliance, and account management.
14. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is not liable for:
1. User mistakes
2. Loss of funds due to wrong wallet addresses
3. System downtime
4. Market losses
5.Delays in manual processing
6.Hacker attacks caused by user negligence
Maximum liability, if ever applicable, is limited only to the amount held in the user’s internal wallet.
15. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution (UK Law)
1. All disputes are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
2. Any legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
3. Users must first contact the Platform via email for resolution before initiating any legal action.
4. The Platform may engage in mediation or arbitration under UK Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
guidelines if appropriate.
16. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
